Kernel-Power - Event ID 41 - Pls help

Dear all

Recently I ve been experiencing this problem with Windows 7 Pro and also Ultimate both x86 and x64 respectively. My PC freezes and I have to reset it! This is the error from my event log:

Log Name: System

Source: Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power

Date: 24/10/2011 08:11:55

Event ID: 41

Task Category: (63)

Level: Critical

Keywords: (2)

User: SYSTEM

Computer: <concealed>

Description:

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Has anyone experienced it before? any solutions please?

Thanks
