Coin898
ad is I need some help. These issues are existant whether online or offline. They are even there in safe mode. Typing this thread is der becoming increasing difficult as you will see with some of the errors I have experienced. The cursor jumping to the beginning of the line. Restoring to a previous point does not work either. This has been happening for a little more than a week now. Webroot pt shows no viruses or malware. Except it is trying to block a Google toolbar from downloading which I am not sure of. Here are all of the problems: Cursor Jumping BackScrolling LocksClicking Wrong IconsList Automatically MoveDelete Key Now Produces "o"Pages Auto Scroll to TopFailure to Start Windows Correctly (loud noise occurs in start up and must be shut off) (then repair or recovery mode literally takes 20 minutes)tDifficulty highlighting text or selecting text I am using a Toshiba Satellite L505 Any help is well appreciated. -pops-
What happens when you press CTRL and Shift together? There is so-called joke software which makes computers do crazy things. One of the early versions was called Crazy Mouse but I understand there are more sophisticated versions now. The noises you are getting at startup are very worrying and suggest a failing fan or hard drive. Time to be looking for a replacement, I feel. MANEMAN
Welcome to Windows Forum. Yeah, I had this trouble with Windows 3.1. ( I'm Just guessing here of course) Turned out that my cellphone signal was interfering somehow. Upgraded to Windows 95, and it cured the problem. John.
