HenrikN Posted February 24, 2012 Report Share Posted February 24, 2012 I wonder (if it is possible) to automaticly switch between 4 usb webcameras in windows media encoder 9. I have to be able to switch the input as my computer only can handle 2 active webcams at once. If I use more i just get a bluescreen. (Probably has sometinh witn usb-contollers to do). Thing to do here is to "Google" around until you find industrial stuff, and then work your way back until you find something for the homeuser/small business. One here for instance says "Video Surveillance WebCam Software Basic 4 Camera System" " Take remote control of your Surveillance WebCam over the Internet, changing the video or alarm settings." How much you can change the settings to your requirements, or whether that will suit your needs, only you will be able to tell once you have dug deeper into what it's all about, and what it does. http://www.softpedia...ra-System.shtml Seems to be plenty of webcam software on Google.
