How to restore application fonts to default in Windows 7?

I do not know how to change fonts to default. It looks horrible. Defaults were good. I tried couple of things but nothing is worked.

Sometimes in browser, half fonts are visible and even in scaled video player, too. check above images of youtube video player.

Also check below font size in CPUz. In CPUz, I was not facing this problem before. I am facing after something happened/changed. I think I had changed default theme to Windows classic and back to default. Then, after I am facing this issue but I am not pretty sure.

There is no previous restore point available.

1 Right click an empty place on you Windows Desktop and choose "Personalize" from the drop-down menu options. The Personalization window will open....

2 Click the "Adjust font size (DPI)" option link, on the left pane, under "Tasks." The DPI Scaling window will open...

3 Choose the radio button that corresponds to the "Default scale (96 DPI)" option. Click "Apply" and "OK."..

4 Restart your system.
