If you have no joy there, report the seller to eBay and demand a refund of your money and then buy a genuine version from an authorised Microsoft seller. It is always risky buying software from unauthorised dealers and eBay seems to particularly attract these people. I'm not suggesting all Ebay sellers are less than honest (I sell on eBay myself) but they do constitute quite a high proportion of complaints about "dodgy" goods.
