GPO issue

OPTIONS:

(1) - Leave it as it is.

(2) - Download and install Classic Shell ( http://classicshell.sourceforge.net/ )

(3) - Stop fiddle-arsin about. - Just enjoy your computing experience "as is".

(4) - The answer to your original question is plastered all over Google pages. (http://www.google.co...iw=1262&bih=566)

If you haven't been bright enough to discover that fact without writing to a forum I would suggest you stick to option ( 3 )

You want to disable Accessories via GPO, is that correct? Meaning you want to disable Accessories for a whole group of users?

I am just wondering why you want such a thing; some rather important Windows tools are in there:

  • Calculator
  • Notepad
  • Paint
  • Snipping Tool
  • Sticky Notes
  • Windows Explorer
  • Character Map

Some of the above I use every day; there is no way I could run Windows productively without these tools.
