gaztop1979 Posted June 19, 2012 Report Share Posted June 19, 2012 when i start up my netbook i get an option to select one of two windows xp operating systems to use,how do i get rid of the other one i dont use?This is what i see at startup only both programs are windows xp,i use the top one all the time? One or two ?How many partitions on your hard disk ?On Which partion is the XP operating system installed (If any) that you do not want ?If you can ascertain that, you can simply format that particular partition and regain some HDD space.Be careful not to format (wipe) any recovery partitions that may exist.
