Bluezone
I have a computer that has a local admin account and a regular domain user account without admin rights. I installed an intel microsocope program that works after the install in the local admin account profile. But when I log on as a regular user, it says there's insufficient space to run the program. I then added rights to the entire program folder to the regular user and is now able to open the program, but then the actual micrososcope doesn't work. Do I somehow have to add rights to the device drivers or how can I get around this?
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
You could check the Event Viewer if there are any information regarding what prevents the program from running correctly. There may or may not be any information. If not, you could use a program like Process Monitor to see what's going on; i.e. where some permission problems occur. However, there may be a very large amount of data (even if you use filtering), so it may be difficult to find exactly where the problem lies.
