windows 7 issues with devices and printer in control panel

Recommended Posts

Is the printer connected to the computer and powered up? This is not a silly question and I have seen several occurrences of it.

How is the printer connected - USB, Bluetooth, other wireless?? Is the connection system working? If USB try a different port and/or different device to check the operability. If a wireless system, check it is functioning correctly.

Is the printer installed exactly according to the instructions that came with it?
