This diagnostic tool will allow you to: Collect your Mini-Dump Files, - view your Event Logs, - System Info, - DX Diagnose, - Driver List, - Host File, - MS Info, - Windows Updates, - and launch Driver Verifier. It will also guide you to direct downloads for - MGA Diag - and - CPU-Z - for further diagnostics. The real beauty of it is that you just download SF Diagnostic Tool, and press buttons. - That's right. - There is nothing to install ! You can gain read-outs individually, or If you press the "Grab All" button you will eventually get a folder on your desktop that contains a read-out that looks something like this: You are now ready to do your own diagnosis of many problems, - without having to ask anyone else. :) John.
