Print Queue

I couldn't think of anywhere else to put this so I put it here.

Anyway there are two things that would make my job more efficient but I can't figure out how to get it to work.

1) I need to print pdfs and word documents in specific orders and printing one at a time takes forever so I wanted to set up a queue so that I can order them then print them all at once in order? I've tried organizing them in a file and batch printing but they tend to go in size order rather than in the order they take up in the folder.

2) I also want to be able to print things for each document to be rotated 90 degrees from the one previous, I can do this with copies but not with seperate documents.

Please help me not have to get up. Exercise smechcersize.

I can't figure out how to get it to work.

Usually, Printer - Preferences/Landscape/Portrait/ Number of copies/ First page printed first/ Last page printed first, and what ever other options are provided in that particular printer software package.

Can vary with printers. Check the manual or onboard instructions.

For editing PDF's you will need perhaps more than just the reader that you may be using.

If you do need further software or macros to help you make individual changes or choices when printing, make sure that you choose the correct type of software to suit which ever operating system that you are using (i.e - Linux, Windows, iOS, Android etc.)

There are many guides and tutorials about printers and printing on the internet that you may find useful.

I have never used it, so I am not 100% sure if this will help you to achieve your goal. But check it out.
