jb88keys
Hi, I have windows 7 ultimate and it is not allowing me to access my iphone through my computer. I have tried installing the device driver through device manager (uninstalling it and reinstalling it). The device under the device manager has a exclamation mark next to it, and is showing an error, sometimes it says there is a registry error and other times it says that the device is not compatible with this platform. I have searched and searched for answers on the internet but to no avail. I have uninstalled itunes (completely) and reinstalled it, both uninstalled itunes windows does not recognize it and when I reinstall it it does not recognize it. I have tried manually searching for the device driver and installing it and uninstalling it. I have tried editing the registry to remove the upper filter registry entry but I do not have that registry entry. There does not seem to be a viable answer on the web to fixing this problem. I know I am not the only one. Please help!
