Can't format ExtHDD in ExFat (Win7)

Recommended Posts

I just got a new drive but when I try to format it in ExFat Windows tells me that it could't format, which is weird since I never had problems with that before. Whats strange is that in device manager, after I deleted the partition, shows me two unallocated partitions and I can't merge them.

Another weird thing is how EaseUS only shows one partition, but since it can't format in ExFat it's useless here.

A solution that doesn't require command prompts would be nice, thanks.
