At this point I am just looking for an explanation, not slagging the company off. Dear Inkcycle,With regard to my recent order from you ( Invoice ****) Customer Order *****, the replacement cartridges register on my HP CP1700d printer as follows;Yellow 0%Cyan 0%Magenta 16%Can you account for this, please as the CP 1700d will not run if a cartridge registers as being empty. It is obvious by their weight that the yellow and cyan cartridges are NOT empty but I venture that they are not full either. An empty cartridge weighs 40g and a full one weighs 68g. artist Posted October 1, 2003 Report Share Posted October 1, 2003 I recently used that company for the first time - I accidently wrote the wrong number for the black cartidge - They sent me three replacements!!!FOCThe colour one is ok - but not good enough for anything special. I've only just put them in. I can tell you that each cartridge, cyan, magenta and yellow, weighed 58g when they arrived so they are not , repeat not, empty. An empty cartridge weighs 40g. I've just contacted them again as response from them has dried up.Hi M ,I'm forwarding this to you again as it hasn't been resolved yet.Can you also tell me what the correct weight of one of your refilled HP 1700d cartridges should be ? Short measures are an offense under the Weights and Measures Act and , should this company be guilty across the board and my case not be a rarity, I think it's worth reporting to the Trading Standards authority.
