Each year they had a batch of company Christmas cards printed in English for us to send to our best customers. One year we couldn't believe it when they arrived. Inside they had pieces to cut out to make up a Santa, and we were expected to send these to customers spending thousands of £'s a year with us. Needless to say, all mine went into the bin.
