odebs2797
I can play anywhere from 10-60 minutes and then the blue screen happens. I am using Windows 7 32 bit on a Sony Vaio VGN-NR498E. Here is the message I keep getting: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1 Locale ID: 1033 Additional information about the problem: BCCode: 116 BCP1: 8557D510 BCP2: 91819F20 BCP3: 00000000 BCP4: 0000000D OS Version: 6_1_7601 Service Pack: 1_0 Product: 256_1 Files that help describe the problem: C:\Windows\Minidump\083013-20280-01.dmp C:\Users\Sam\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-85722-0.sysdata.xml Read our privacy statement online: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=104288&clcid=0x0409 If the online privacy statement is not available, please read our privacy statement offline: C:\Windows\system32\en-US\erofflps.txt Just wondering if anyone can provide some insight on what is wrong. I know this is a very old laptop so it that may be a factor, as well. Thanks.
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
You need to provide some information; at least the minidump. From what you have posted, there is no indication what caused the blue screen.

-pops-
As the machine is old and the blue screen happens after a period of use, I would suspect overheating of the machine. I may be that cleaning the air intakes/fans etc. would help to clear things for you. ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
If overheating is not the problem (but quite possibly is), then yes, take a screenshot, or write down the error number and module name.
