MistaChocolate
Well I've had pc for like almost 2 months which is windows 8 and I cleaned it with advanced system care and I rebooted and now it's stuck in a reboot loop . It's shows the Hp logo then screen turns black for 5 seconds then goes to like a messed up blue screen that makes it look like the display is broken. It does it over and over and I'm just so mad cause I'm only 14.. Can someone help ?
-pops-
As it's only two months old you should be covered by the warranty. If that isn't possible, what backup/recovery disks do you have or is there a hidden partition with a recovery on it? Most HP machines have some sort of method of recovery. MistaChocolate
Well the problem is i don't know how to get in recovery mode cause in windows 7 you would hold F8 but you can't in Windows

ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Looks like you have to reinstall Windows; did you read the links that -pops- posted. In the future, stay away from scam software like "advanced system care".
