ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Just wondering: why would anybody want to "upgrade" to that terrible Windows 8, when you have a perfectly working Windows 7?
bludgard
Hopefully the VAIO recovery partition is still intact; it may be what is causing the install error. One may get around this by zero-ing out the drive before custom installing that terrible OS.Try to get back to Windows 7 if possible!
