gordythegouge
Hi All,I have problems with KMS actitvation of Microsoft 2010 since the latest updates were downloaded ie. it says it's now an unlicensed copy which is wrong. I can't use my activation software as it says I need administrative rights which is also wrong because it's a personal laptop, running Windows Seven, to which I have already set administrative rights to myself. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Cheers Gordy
-pops-
Try reverting to time before this installation with System Restore, checking that all is OK malware wise and then re-installing the update from a new download.

gordythegouge
Nope...System restore won't work now despite me switching anti-virus etc., off as requested by System Restore. Don't you just love computers? Gordy :(
