Guest Posted December 4, 2013 Report Share Posted December 4, 2013 I am currently living in an area with such slow broadband speeds that my desktop attempts to download Windows 8.1 (reaching approximately 55%) and then resetting the download. I have no idea if this is timing out. I have been looking for a legitimate ISO download for 8.1, but I have to be honest, I don't really know where to find it.
