Boris Posted December 20, 2013 Report Share Posted December 20, 2013 With a "retail" copy, there are separate disks for both versions - the 32bit and 64bit versions - did you use the right one ? You cannot "upgrade" 32-bit Windows to 64-bit, because the system folder structure is completely different. The only way to change 32-bit to 64-bit is a complete fresh install.
