njilka24 Posted April 29, 2014 Report Share Posted April 29, 2014 Hi, I was having an error installing AVG antivirus so started up in safe mode to alter the admin settings, however I have forgotten the main password as I always log in using a pin code. How can I get out of this loop. I don't believe they sent me a startup disk and is it possible to get back in without using a password? Thanks!
