Cynthia597
I have deleted an empty partition on my computer and think I can add the newly created free space to my C partition which has got a low disk space problem. But, I don’t know much about the expanding things. Have you ever tried to expand your partition space? Do you know how to expand it with success? Any suggestion could be greatly appreciated! Thanks! ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Be sure to make a backup of your C: drive before trying completely new things such as expanding a partition.
Blanche45
OK! Firstly, back up all your important partition data on another drive.Secondly, open Disk Management and right click this C partition to hit “extend” option there. This way often works when the unallocated space is adjacent to your C partition and you are using Windows 7 or 8.But, if that way cannot work for you or you are using Windows XP, some partition resizing tools like GParted, IM-Magic Partition Resizer Free, Praragon Partition Master and more.I hope these ways can help you.
