Lamb Chop
I am running an Epson Printer model CX5500 with Windows 7 and it is running on XP settings as not compatible with 7 and Windows got it a new driver which let me use it. BUT having said that cant get it to print without a series of lines across the page of full printing say where it look as if the ink ran out so bits missing etc. Have tried all the tips for clearing heads and alignment but still there. Also full ink cartridges and correct type. Any ideas? apart from buying a new one Cheap I know - cartridges in many cases as much as new printer these days. Cant help but feel its something basic I should know but left out as usual on all instructions as geeks think we all know what they take for granted most of the time. :D Must admit priners always beat me never can get the settings right usually print too small fonts even when larger on the original

Let us know how it goes.
