Crash Log Information : Is attached :P

The issue I'm having is I've had 3 hard drives now and my computer seems to kill them. Also my computer randomly freezes and also displays BSOD from time to time. If anyone could help, thanks.

Updated: Here's my PC log. It's safe. https://www.mediafire.com/?c45n6mht78puzsb

Ran the following: Chkdsk /r and it came out without any errors.

SeaTools for DOS and Windows was ran and it came out without any errors.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker. Some files were corrupted but are now fixed.

Note: Haven't had a crash in two days, I will wait a week and see how everything goes. Today I'm running a MemTest86+ Test to test my RAM. I'll update this thread with the results.
