Win7: msconfig won't let me select "Normal Startup"

Hi all! I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate. I had to disable and re-enable services in the System Configuration Utility (msconfig) to find the source of a BSOD error. I've found the error and corrected it, but now the System Configuration Utility won't let me select "Normal Setup" under the "General" tab; when I select it and then click "OK" or "Apply", it changes back to "Selective Startup". Is there something else I need to do to be able to choose "Normal Setup" again? I'm thinking there was something else that I disabled during my troubleshooting, but I can't remember what it may have been.
