How to change sort order of the parameter NAME?

Hello,

I need to change the order that windows explorer sorts filenames.

Now every time I scan multiple files to TIFF and get one separate file for each page it sorts the first page as last:

doc_.1.tif

doc_.2.tif

doc_.tif

I want it to AUTOMATICALLY sort it like this:

doc_.tif

doc_.1.tif

doc_.2.tif

I know this must be possible winds I do have one person where it sorts it like my last example here. The only difference we can find is that He uses windows 8.1 and I have tried with windows 7, WIN2K8R2, WIN2K12R2.

And no, I cannot change the generated filenames . I have to be able to sort this like in example 2.

Please advice if you have any experience with this.
