Raymondmm
I found this in my start up and do not know what it is. Someone said it had to do with Verizon DSL; however, I have AT&T DSL and Windows 8. It has a high impact on my start up. What is it and what does it do? What would happen if I disabled it in the start up? At one time I downloaded something for my phone which was plugged into my computer, and my phone is from Verizon, could it be from that? Thank you for any help you can give me. Melody
Boris
Have you spelt mccitrapapp correctly ? Is it mccitrayapp ? If so I believe that mccitrayapp gets installed if you use the AT&T Troubleshoot tool ? It places an icon in your system tray that can be used to access customer service. If you don't use this icon, you can get by without this file, and disable it in startup.
