MattyJ1707 Posted August 15, 2015 Report Share Posted August 15, 2015 I recently updated my laptop to windows 10 from windows 8 and had no problems for the first few days. However, now each time I log on, I have a window pop up with the following message: Critical Error Start menu and Cortana aren't working. We'll try to fix it the next time you log in. I have then logged out and back in multiple times and the same message has appeared, and yes before anyone asks I have tried turning it off and back on again. What should I do to fix this problem?
