peter e Posted October 13, 2003 Report Share Posted October 13, 2003 Today I was asked if it was possible to use Internet Explorer instead of the AOL browser - the person concerned would like to keep AOL as his ISP.I've never used (or seen) the AOL browser but I always thought it was Internet Explorer with a few changes to its looks to suit AOL.Anyway, I don't know why this person wants to use IE but still keep AOL as his ISP, but is it just a matter of setting IE as the default browser? Although I can never see any reason for doing this as the address bar in AOL is just the same as IE, and your correct Peter.
