Steve Hall Posted April 18, 2016 Report Share Posted April 18, 2016 For a variety of reasons I went back to windows seven after operating Win 8.1 and even trying "10". Problem is that when I go to upgrade form 7 home premium to pro 7.1 I get the following error message "0x81000203". I try to engage system protection but all of the button links are shaded out and will not let me turn the system protection on. Can anyone offer me any helpful advice on how accomplish this?
