Tankus
Central line closed down today due to the tube derailment at Chancery Lane.............Its going to take several days to clear.........!I went to catch my usual 8.06 rail , Chingford to Liverpool Street (WAGN to City) and every single central line tube user was on that train ....It pulled up..... the doors opened .....and people fell out ..then tried franticly to get back on again.....bearing in mind that there were several hundred cattle ... ooppps......commuters.....on my station...also trying to get on....!I managed to get on the next one .......forcably.........my face was shoved into a rather sweaty Demis Rhososs characters armpit.........A very large pair of breasts, in one of the hardest bras I ve ever come across ,sticking in my ear, belonging to a big Barbadian woman shouting down her mobile. ..........(normally I wouldn't mind being in this position, but it hurt.).........And the bloke standing behind me ..was just toooo close ! ...Every time the train braked.... I was starting to get frightened................!In the EU its illegal to transport cattle in such close confinement !...Its ok for humans though..........Mind you Ive been in rush hour in France (Not Paris) Spain, and Portugal and it ain't nothing like ! ~I'm now going to get a longer leather jacket ....(better backside protection !)~Louder MP3 player with enclosed headphones (Look like an escapee from a bad Dr Who Cyberman episode , but its the only way to drowned out the "I'M ON THE TRAIN" routine.................!~ And VASELINE up both nostrils to block the smells.....................!~ I'm also looking for suitably sized cork..............dont ask !I was reading about Brunel's legacy the other night......and do you know that in one night (true fact) the whole of the rail line from London to Cornwall was changed from broad gauge to standard guage............,.....You can see why we had an empire under the Victorians................Now we have Two Jags in charge or what ever useless (bad word) they have replace him with............!I dispair..................!Same crap tomorrow.......!Going to get up an hour earlier .......but I bet everyone else has the same idea ! mmmbisto
Now we have Two Jags in charge or what ever useless (bad word) they have replace him withI had a drink with "Two Jags" It's a long story, and I had my picture taken with him. I never want anyone to see that pic, it's awful! But it sounds like you have a good plan there, and I agree with you - I don't want to know what that cork is for!! mmmbisto
mmmbistoDo I start looking for your John Prescott site now ? :lol:Â :lol:Â :lol:I can assure you John Prescott does nothing for me!! Haha!I met him after I was shoved on to the stage at a Labour Party thing and told I had to make a speech. Theo was saying how good I was, basically having to get up on a stage with nothing prepared and making a speech! He said I could be a politician :D But I think I'll pass! Haven't actually seen Theo since me and Craig started going out back in summer 2001. He moved to London. Shame cos he was cool, I looked up to him.Besides, you'll never find that pic of me and John! It was taken after the whole speeches and stuff when a few selected people went to a pub with him!
