expertec Posted November 7, 2003 Report Share Posted November 7, 2003 I have a computer with Windows NT on it, it has a network card in but the drivers are not installed (the card was added after windows was installed :unsure: ) When I try to install the drivers for the card it asks me what IRQ and I/O Port Address to use and I don't know what to put in (if I did I wouldn't be posting this :) ) Is there a way to find out what they are, or, if there isn't, if I re-install windows will it find and configure the card? expertec Posted November 19, 2003 Author Report Share Posted November 19, 2003 I tried using add adapter in Network properties instead of trying to install windows networking, clicked OK to the first IRQ & I/O settings that came up, and it seems to have worked :wacko: but I'm not sure yet as it is not connected to anything yet.
