T-online software is a total load of sh*t, and i suggest they get rid of it if they are using it.If they are on dial up just add the account details into connection wizard.If they are on BB they will need to use anouther driver for the BB modem (ok not so much a driver but a PPP over earthernet protacal) RASPPPOE_096.zipI don't mean just stop using T-online software but uninstall it.Good luckTony Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I do know that he got a virus infection some months ago which I helped him get rid of. But I'm pretty sure he then loaded the T-Online software plus their version of Norton afterwards.
