BrianR Posted August 19, 2022 Report Share Posted August 19, 2022 Two days ago I was working from home. Pc crashed during a zoom call. It was fine for the rest of the call. Some time after the call ended pc crashed again. I tried loading up in safe mode, crashes a few minutes after logging in. Tried bios, same thing. I unplugged everything and let it sit 2 days because I had other stuff to do. Today I couldn't even get my monitors to load but the pc would turn on. I replaced my entire cooling system with fresh thermal and a new watercooler. I cleared the cmos and that got me back to the point of booting with my monitor working. I tried doing a repair and windows couldn't fix it. No error provided. I tried doing a system restore from recovery point, works, still crashes at log in. I tried booting off my USB and ran a full windows restore. Crashes during restore. Tried doing a disk health restore through command, crashes. Tried booting off my other two drives, no cigar. I built this pc less than 3 years ago. Have upgraded my power supply and cooling since.is my motherboard bricked or did I possibly miss a different possibility? I had a PC once that wouldn't boot, I ended up dismantling it 2 times, and cleaning all the parts out and it turns out, one of the ram sticks was faulty.
