Judy Watson
Greetings forum members, I have recently encountered a technical issue when trying to install Windows apps on my Intel Evo laptop [https://www.lenovo.com/sg/en/faqs/intel/intel-evo-platform/]. Specifically, the installation process fails, and I receive error messages stating that the installation was unsuccessful. I have attempted several troubleshooting techniques, such as clearing the Microsoft Store cache, running the Windows App Troubleshooter, and resetting my laptop to factory settings. However, the issue persists, and I am unable to install any Windows apps. I suspect that there may be compatibility issues between Windows apps and my Intel Evo laptop, but I cannot confirm this. Therefore, I would appreciate any insights or advice from fellow forum members who may have faced similar issues with Windows apps installation on an Intel Evo laptop. Additionally, I would like to know if there are any specific settings or configurations that need to be applied to resolve this issue. I have checked the Microsoft support forums, but I have not found a satisfactory solution. Any suggestions or workarounds that have been identified to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance for your help, and I look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Judy
