It could allow a malicious site to display a trustworthy URL, pcpro.co.ul reported. PCWorld.com reported that Microsoft is investigating the reports. Security company Secunia noted the flaw. Lately, there have been cases of people receiving e-mail that appears to be from a well-known company, such as eBay or BestBuy.com, asking for personal financial information. However, the sites those mails link to do not have URLs that match the purported sender.
