-pops- Posted December 19, 2003 Report Share Posted December 19, 2003 I've been using M$ Office XP almost since it was first available (a long time) and used all parts of it regularly. Today when I opened Publisher I was greeted with the message that it had not been activated and that I could only use it 46 more times without activation.I went through the activation procedure without a problem but I'm mystified why, after all this time and many, many uses of the program, that I am now requested to activate again.Anyone got any idea? Guest Grim Reaper Posted December 19, 2003 Report Share Posted December 19, 2003 it could be a corrupt registry entry pops, it happens from time to time as i am sure that you are aware....i wouldnt worry too much unless it keeps happening.....in which case i would be tempted do completely uninstall and reinstall Office XP.
