Help! Recover the hard drive.

Hello, I have encountered an unpleasant event. My external hard drive has stopped working. The disc is no longer readable . When I connect the disc to my computer, the system asks me to format it.

There are very important files on the disc.


Does anyone know how to help me?

Have you tried the following ?

a) Connect the Ext H/D to another USB port on the PC

b) Connect the Ext H/D to another PC

I got the disc in RAW format.
I formatted the disc.
I scanned the disc with a recovery tool, but it sees only a small part of the data that was on the disc. 
Is there any way to improve the result?

Probably not, unfortunately.

I managed to recover most of the files.

I came across this video on YouTube.

 

Hetman Partition Recovery was able to recover 90% of the data from the disc. This is probably the best result so far. Overall, I'm satisfied because I managed to recover most of the data for little money. Thank you all for your help)
