I only wanted a few bits and pieces and there were people there running about with two trolleys!! :o No potatoes left...... will get some tomorrow I suppose if not I think I still have a few in the garden that I haven't dug up. The shelves were nearly stripped bare!! You wouldn't think that the shops were shut for just one day!!!!!!And..... I came back with some stupid stuff too..... what on earth am i going to do with Mature Cheddar and Plum Chutney dip??? :huh: I think I liked the little glass tub it came in! So... on my list for tomorrow, because I couldn't get them tonight... Potatoes...lemons and mashed chestnuts!!!! djohn Posted December 23, 2003 Report Share Posted December 23, 2003 Sausage meat, Chestnuts, salt, pepper and a few herbs well mixed and formed into rolls, each one 12" x 4" approximately and 10 of them are in the oven now.Gorgeous aroma drifting into the lounge at this very moment.
