Serif have a wide range of software that you can download for free.Take PhotoPlus 5.5 for instance, like most commercial image editing software, PhotoPlus uses a layer system to apply and remove effects and keeps the editing process reasonably simple.Click Here for some nice freebies Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
