Craig
Here is something technical, any help would be much appriciated!I have a new nokia 7250i on O2 and have an included bundle of SMS and MMS messages. I can send and recieve text messages as normal, and as far as i am aware the MMS messages are being sent correctly. However the MMS messages i send are not being received by anyone, and even if i send one to myself i dont get it. The MMS messages are being sent via GPRS, and i'm not sure if this is where the problem is.Has anyone else had problems with multimedia text messages on 02? Sir Radfordin
Have you got an IP address on the phone for teh GPRS? Think you need to get it to pick one up from the DHCP server. Its not a phone its a computer!

poppy1910
could it be a problem if i am sending a text via GPRS and the recpient is only using GSM?if your sending via gprs, and the reciever is on gsm, they wont get the mms but will get a message telling them where to go to pick up the said message. so thats not your prob. i couldnt send or recieve mms on my new mobi, im o2 also. i had to go into the 02 site, and actually manually configure my settings in my handset to allow it. all phone settings are on the website for configuring all new mobi's. its just a bit of a scutter really but it does sort it out. one word of advice though, if you decide to contact o2 directly, dont use the 'contact us' tab on the site, because it takes them between 7-10days to actually get back to you. so if you do need to contact them, phone them!!http://www.02.co.uk
