-pops- Posted January 18, 2004 Report Share Posted January 18, 2004 Don't worry, the normal day to day (or week to week) use of the program doesn't involve anything a complicated - it's only the initial setting up to make sure the PQRE works as it should. Believe me, it is simpler with this than with other backup methods where, for a full system re-installation, you need to boot from one or more floppies then jiggle about with DOS and dis, dat and de odder.Hopefully, you will never have to use DI7 in full - it's insurance and it gives you confidence knowing that if something disastrous should happen, you can recover a working system quickly and easily.It's VITAL though that you make a regular backup - and out of date one is worse than useless.
