Guest Blink_182_fan Posted February 7, 2004 Report Share Posted February 7, 2004 a couple of weeks ago my ps2 started making these loud clickin sounds while i was playin need for speed and then suddenly the track disappeared so i restarted it and it worked and the next day i put the game in i waited for ages and then it came up something like insert a ps2 disk or something. i tryed other games but still the same so i put my disc cleaner in (but wot happens is that it needs to open like a game and then it would say press x to start laser clean)but it wouldnt read it either and now i dont have a clue what to do. :huh: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Sureshot Posted February 8, 2004 Report Share Posted February 8, 2004 Are the disks you are using clean? It could be dirt inside the disk tray that has stopped the laser reading disks.
