don't ask
.. now don’t gasp but I have Outlook Express version 5.00.2615.200  and all has been OK up until yesterday. Now when I load O/E and ask for my e-mails the machine slows down to a crawl. The machine says that Outlook Express is not responding and I get a BSOD and have to hit the restart buttonI thought I knew what to do – go to Add/Remove Progs – and ask it to repair O/E - I have done that in the past on one of our machines.… but – when I look in Add/Remove Progs there is no listing for Outlook Express (or Internet Explorer :o I’m a bit lost now. What has happened? How do I sort myself out?
nellie2
If you have the windows disk you could try sticking that in the drive and going to Start, run, then type sfc. This will check your system files and replace any corrupt ones.
