Excel query

In Column G do you want it to show what you owe for the line (so Line 1 cost £100, you have paid £25 and owe 75, and Line 2 cost £50, you have paid nothing so owe £50) or do you want it to be the total owed - because you have that value at the bottom.

If you fill in a sheet with the values you want to have then it would give me at least a better idea of what you are doing and can then work out how to do it using calculations!
