Now there are users, who have mandatory profie(to prevent saving profile changes to server ) and who are in Domain Guests grup, so the profile won't be saved on the local computer. All users should get their profile from server, where are one default profile.So I made a default profile in Local machine, with limited user. I set the wallpaper and start menu settings.. I logged in as admin and copied (Copy to) the profile to the server. I assigned the profile to the user and loggeid in to the domain but profile didn't work correctli, there are now classic start menu and backround.
