A lot of people confuse CMOS and BIOS (not that I am suggesting you are doing this), so just for reference, the CMOS actually stores the settings for the BIOS to use at boot.If you are after a utility which backs up all your actual settings, then personally I would use a pen and paper and keep them written down, after all they only take a few minutes to restore. However, after a quick search I did find the following apps. I cannot vouch for any of them, but it they be worth you having a look.Computerhope.comFailsafe ITFreeware CMOS ToolIf, though, you are after something to store your BIOS, then it will depend on your motherboard, but most manufacturers give an option to back up your current BIOS when you flash to a new one. Have to do a CMOS battery change and was trying to get out of writing or printing all the settings on paper.
