If you mean that you want it to always auto-start with Windows ?

Then put a short-cut to it in your startup folder.

If you mean that you want it to be added to your Task Bar ?

Create a short-cut to it on your desktop and then drag it onto your Quicklaunch bar.

If anything else ?
