I need to buy a gfx card for a friend who has a 250W PSU (I know, I know) so, what do u think is the best card I can get that will run on a 250W PSU? I have a GeForce 2 MMX/MX 400 and it runs fine.. although I don't run any newer games, mostly half-life. For a gamer though, you will want to upgrade.
